I recently sent a part drawing to a worker at Fireball. Our communication started over the phone but turned to mainly email. My goal was to find out how many of which fixtures I would need and receive the layout they do telling which fixtures to put in each location to build my part. After about a week, they sent me two part numbers. When I asked how many of each and if I was going to receive the layout info, they responded with “moving forward our engineers are requiring a CAD file”. Has anyone else been told they need to produce a CAD file in order to receive this type of help?
I would like to add that I’m a major fan of these products and have purchased several things over the years. I also do NOT want to express any discontent with the Support person assisting. They have helped me before and seem eager to do so. I’ve add the end of our written communication as well.
