Cast iron table

I have a cast iron table out of a print shop that is half inch thick with webbing. Has anyone had luck using the drill guide to make a table? I have a mag drill, what bit did y’all use and what counter sink will work on cast iron. Thanks

Cast iron drills very well, trick will be to get the webs to mostly line up.
