Hi I am wondering if anyone from the EU has used the site or had issues with it?
I have been trying to register a new account on the Fireball EU website sporadically over the last few months but to no avail, I do not receive the registration email with my password. I tried contacting via the chat service about the issue but have had no response on that either so am curious if the site is still operational?

yes, they’re working. if you want to DM me I can put you in touch directly with someone there. They were at a tradeshow all last week from Sat-Sat if it was recent.
It could also be the web browser being used. I have found the forum function doesn’t work with DuckDuckGo.
Yes, I also had troubles with it.
It just doesn’t work well, unfortunately.
