Fixture table 5/8" holes size

3/4 holes on a 3/8 table won’t weaken the table. On the subject of mixing table tooling from different manufacturers is typically frowned on. Every manufacturer has a different design and compatibility with their table and fixtures . With the only exception is clamps. The bolts to table and fixture to fixture will be problematic. Heights, width and material thickness of all the fixtures are going to vary from manufactured to manufacture. I recommend staying with one company if you want less headache.

Do you think I’m going to have problems using fixtures like your fence blocks because of the two pins 2” apart?

You might have to run a reamer through the undersized holes if they don’t fit. But this is a better option then enlarging the laser clearance to start and the tooling gets is to sloppy. The 1/2 and thinner material really accentuates loose fitting tooling, especially the clamps and side to side pin movements.
