Hardtail tilting base build

I have a 614 vise sitting in the shop that really needs a base! I’m wanting to build a tilting base so it can be used as a small press, but I would really like the base to complement the vise, anyway the design I came up with uses the swivel bolts from a hardtail to lock the tilt function. Does anyone know where I could get ahold of two of those bolts and handles?

Anothe option is to contact Adam Booth at Booth Machine. He replaced all the hardware on his and might sell you the old stuff.
