Any body give any thought to powder coating a DIY Fixture table? I’m thinking the coating might through the holes out of tolerance? also not sure on how that stuff holds up to heat and spatter? I trade work with a buddy of mine that has a powder coating business. He says they have a heat resistant product. Just a thought. Not that its pressing At the rate I’m drilling holes I may finish my table end next year some time!

Cerakote it, better in many ways, and you can do it yourself.

Doesnt sound like a great idea. Powder coat doesnt stand up to hard abuse.
roger that, just a thought as I could get it done for pretty much nothing. I’m not real familiar with the durability, I just know he does a ton of work.
I powder coat and I can tell you it wont hold up.
