Im wondering if I am installing the vise incorrectly or if I have the wrong shoulder bolts. Any thoughts? The nut bottoms out on the shoulder of the bolt. And unfortunately I don’t have any washer large enough to make up the difference.
Looks like you might have gotten the shoulder bolts for the HD Tables, reach out to customer service and they can get you sorted out. @VC3 @CustomerService

I had a temporary fix of staking a few washers. Just got in the spacers from Fireball Tool this weekend. Much better solution. Thanks.
How long did it take for this to get resolved? I have the same issue, and have been going back and forth with support for two months. First I was told they were aware of the issue (prior to shipping my vise) and didn’t have a fix. Then I was told that engineering was working on a fix and would have new bolts or spacers shipped out a month ago. Now I’m being told engineering is still working on a fix. Seems like I might be getting the runaround here.
