Hey Jason how do you get the tooth blocks and washers to lock in at 1/16" distances? I was under the impression all you had to do was flip the washer around but it’s simetrical so it only locks at 1/8" distances.
Are you sure it is symmetric? Measure the edge tooth to the hole on each side. I can’t find a good enough image to do the measuring inside an image. In thinking about it, the grooves only have to be offset by either 1/32nd or 1/16th, without measure it might be difficult to see it. Sorry it is early and I didn’t want to do the mental gymnastics to figure out if the exact difference for this to work.
I did the same thing. Maybe you flip the whole tooth block around and it’s 1/16 offset on the back side?
I had a few minutes to look at them more closely today and no matter what way you put the washer in and what end of the block you go off of, it’s always on the 1/8’s…
Unless I’m missing something, i think he missed the mark here. It would be too easy to shift the teeth on the block and washer 1/32 one way. That should give you your 1/16’s with the washer in one direction and 1/8’s if you flip it the other way. Seems the only way, other than using shims, to achieve 1/16’s with this setup is to have a second set of washers made up with the teeth shifted
The standard washer is set at 1/8 increments. We have a separate washer that shifts the teeth forward to hit the 1/16 to increments. It’s labeled 1/16 on the side so that it do get confused with the standard 1/8 washer. It should be available in the next day or so. I’ll post here with a link when it’s live.

Well, prepare to sell out of them fast haha RIP my wallet
@some_rando @Mnwelder Here’s the washer needed to get the 1/16 measurements.

Will this available in 5/8"?
Keep in mind that it’s still a washer on 1/8 spacing, just that it’s been offset by 1/16 in relation to the block, so you can hit 1/16 and 3/32, but not 1/8 (aka 2/32) on it
@some_rando yeah, eventually it will be. we have a lot of items to machine and things keep on getting bumped. usually once it’s available for sale it will take priority over items that have not been introduced yet
I know, right. Mines been crying for help these past few months
@Fireball_Jason awesome, thank you sir! I’ll be ordering some
