I’ve scanned the entire WWW and can not seem to find a quality caster that is a fit for the diy fixture tables. Jason can you please make one?
Recently I used these on a shop cart. Single molded wheel, no outer liner to delaminate after 2-3 years of use in a shop.
I was impressed with Foot Masters’ casters. They have a wide variety and the ones I’m using for my CNC frame are very robust. For the DIY table, I’m sure you’d want a different one but they have a number of different options with different ways to attach them. You can order some of them off Amazon as well.
we’re sourcing some but no date on it
I finally got done building my table, and used casters that have a retractable foot so it can be leveled. I picked a set from Amazon that had 3/8-16 stems, so the only change i had to make from Jason’s build was put the nut on top of the foot plate.
Looks like you’re ready to go! I like the expanded metal idea.
