New DIY fixture tables

Here’s a first look at the new DIY fixture table plates. Were currently offering them in 3 sizes. All the plates are 1/2 thick steel, ground flat, with machined holes, chamfered on both sides, Dragon scaled for extra plate protection with adjuster grub screws for plate adjustments.

You can purchase just the plate and build a frame and legs that suit you the best. Or we offer an economical leg and frame kit that has all the material pre cut and bead blasted. The hardware includes the frame straps to secure the 1x2 to the plate without welding. Also included are basic feet, and optional leg braces.
The idea behind this simple frame is to keep the cost low and functional. We all know that I tend to overkill all my designs. You can also combine plates together with this frame style if you desire.

The flatness is unreal! This kit puts most of the machined tables to shame. Don’t be fooled by it’s cheap price tag.

I’ll be doing assembly videos to show some simple tricks to get the tables put together fast. Along with a plate calibration “How To” video.

I’m to far down the hole drilling road to turn back now! But those are awesome! Now I have an option if I run out of steam!

That’s a great option for someone small time like me who doesn’t really need the strength of one of your big tables, but really wants the usefulness of a fixture table. And the price is very good too! I wish this would have been available last year before I had my table top laser cut.

@Fireball_Jason now you just need to pair them with a rolly cart like the rhino cart

I must be an idiot. Is there a product page link somewhere? I wanted to send it to some people who don’t have tables yet.

I’m loving watching the progression of Fireball Tool. Some very wise approach decisions. First, a full-scale badass table, giving the serious fabricators a serious option. Then filling in the steps someone might take as they enter the fab world, supporting the entry level too (and funneling folks into teh Fireball system too).

Is there any reason I can’t use casters on the DIY table?

Go for it. You’ll just have to adjust the leg length to accommodate the caster size.

Thanks, Jason.
