Concrete Sealer or?

Hey guys, I am building my shop and have a freshly poured (un-sealed) concrete floor. I’ve been researching concrete sealers, coatings, etc. Does anyone here have any good experience with a product that will hold up to the kind of work we all do with metal fab? I will also have my tracked machines (track loader, mini-ex), and normal trucks coming in and out of this space. I am in the mountains of Colorado, so snow and grime will be coming off the vehicles in the winter onto the floor as well. Appreciate if anyone has any recommendations for a treatment or sealer that will hold up to these things. I was hoping to ID something that will make oil/grease spills easy to clean up, but that would also hold up to welding/metal work. The common industrial epoxy treatments do not seem like the best answer here. Has anyone tried a polished concrete floor like you some times see in industrial settings? I know I’m asking a lot given all that I am trying to do in the shop, and my research so far has not yielded any good answers.

My shop floor isn’t coated, and if i had the money to do it i would spend that money on more tools! Just let it rip.

Yep, That is seeming more likely to be the only viable course.

I was wondering if anyone had tried, or has experience with the polished concrete and then either with or without the surface hardening treatments they have.
