What is the recommended method to cut thin-wall (1-1.5mm) 2-4" dia tubing (Titanium or Inconel)
Chop Saw, Band Saw, Cut off Wheel?
Please include blade types!
Good question. I want to know too. I’d waterjet cut them if they were plate. But tube is different. I’d start with a bi-metal band saw blade at slow speed and see how it does if I were to start somewhere. A carbide blade on an evolution saw maybe?
