So for those of you who like me ordered the hardtail, and the stand, only to realize you forgot the mounting plate. If you have a crossfire pro plasma table the NC file is coded with Langmuir post processing. Had I paid attention I would have just paid the 69.99 and included it on the order, but I’m impatient, and I have a machine shop.
Quick notes the threaded holes are set to cut at .421, but if you don’t have a quality tap the heat hardening from the plasma will be pretty tough to break through, so adjust those hole sizes accordingly.
Also I’m not the greatest designer on fusion, so my dog ears only the mounting bolts are tangent arcs. Had a used a small line instead of using the two circles to tangent it would have been a little closer to Jason’s.
Unless you have a cnc plasma, waterjet, and just happen to have 1/2in sheet scrap lying around, buying the mount for 69.99 is probably cheaper than you can buy a 14x14 piece of 1/2 inch (at least where I live) so just support Fireball.
