We all know your products are built to be some of the best.
I’m not a fan companies showing other companies products then comparing them when we all know what the outcome will be already.
I like when you do videos of your products and only yours then you get into some serious detail on this and that love that!
I never knew about the other company now I do.
Hey everyone, ive got a question? Can you all explain to me the push block, i just cant figure out how it would be used and cant seem to find any videos of it being used?? Looks cool but im just clueless!! Thanks to anyone or all that can fill me in.
It’s a new accessory so it’s no surprise you haven’t seen one used yet. It has 2 primary functions, the first is that you can clamp low on a part to gain weld access. This would be helpful for robotic welding or just less clutter to negotiate around. The second is fine adjustment for the tooth blocks. This feature lets you move the surface with precision without using the slot in the main fixture. This would be used if your weldment is shrinking during welding process and needed to make fine adjustments to the dimensions of the fixtures.
