I placed an order now that the 5/8 fixture table studs are back in stock. After I placed the order I got to the home screen and saw that new orders wont be in time for Christmas. When would we be expecting products that are ordered today?
My package was supposed to be here yesterday. I called FedEx and they stated that there has been no updated since it got to the ware house facility in Middletown Ct. FedEx site states no update for schedule delivery.
I would of paid for express shipping to get it here faster but there is no shipping options.
I got a job I needed the jig for and I’m worried the job will be put off another week.
My first ever order was shipped right away. since then fulfillment and shipping have been getting longer.
Also 13 days with no response to the first question.
I ordered & paid for a a table 14 days ago. Phone always goes to message. chat/email gets no response. I wanted to add some tools to my order but hesitate to just send more orders without getting any reply to existing order.
I understand its the holidays, but 2 weeks to get an order is not right.

Jason, I too have a question about a table I ordered when I was at Fab Tech. Long story short, I sent an email question and got back a yes its paid for. Then the other day I got another email to pay for it again. The wife called and got the answering machine last week, and I called 5 different times today and got the same message. Is there a more direct number or is the 509-904-1447 the only one?
