Jason, I absolutely l love all the fireball tools that I own. They are far superior than most. So I decided to pull the trigger and buy the 4.5x8.5 fixture table. (After years of saving up). Your support team has been great and quick responding. Unfortunately I am still waiting for my table to be shipped. I’ve been told 3 times now that it will be sent out the following week/day. Still nothing. It’s coming up on 3 weeks of waiting. (Ordered 6/29). I’m not one to complain, but might be something to look into. Maybe I just got the short stick. (Especially being charged before even getting shipped out and seeing how siegmund offered ship out in 3 business day). Hopefully it get shipped out soon. I’ll be reaching out for the 4th time by the end of the day and see what’s going on.
Yes feel free to call and get an update. We’re currently moving to a new warehouse. The delays are coming to an end as we finish the move in.
