Delayed shipping

I just ordered 18k worth of product today on 12/27/24 and im being told that it may not ship for almost 3 months? Is this a realistic number? I would like to have in less than 4 weeks. all items are in stock.

When will customer service be available again? Tried calling this Thursday the 26th and Friday the 27th and wouldn’t go through. I placed a 20K order on 11/25/24 and am looking for an update on my order. When I placed the order lead time was 3-4 weeks.

When did you place your order? What did they say lead time was for you?

I just placed mine yesterday (12/27/24) but they told me it could be in March and all item are in stock. Seems like they have management issues it it takes 3 months to ship in stock items.

Originally was told 2-3 weeks; ordered early part of Dec. The other day when I called (early last week) was 6 to 8 weeks. I made multiple orders; basically adding/purchasing accessories like clamps, etc. I am starting to receive those orders (which were made after my table purchase). But the tables are what I need. I am hoping the tables will ship soon. I will say that when I called to ask about shipping times, the answer was in general and not specific to my order - the nice lady on the phone basically said they were getting swamped with orders. So to be clear, I am not complaining yet… just “agreeing” on the “in stock” to “delivery time” ratio, but am concerned based on the reports of big delays… So far I am happy with the Fireball service.

I completely agree with the customer service being helpful and nice! I’m pretty sure she is the only one running customer service, so be patient on things. I am very excited to get my tables as they will make a big difference in the shop! I know everything takes time to manufacture, as I have lead times also. Just don’t want to get stuck in a position where the lead time keeps getting pushed out. Also to add when I placed my order the only item that they didn’t have on hand was the adjustable legs/casters and were waiting on those for everything to be shipped out.

I’m also cautious not to fan flames to only a post or two. But it is a good idea to be up-front with shipping before you order since this is included in my decision making for the purchase. Though I want the tables now, I felt that 2-3 weeks was acceptable when I made my decision to purchase. So at this point, I am still banking on the originally stated 2-3 week estimate. Looking forward to using the Dragon Wagon’s and fixture tools!

I’ll post my story as well - placed my order at the end of November - $5500 worth of table and fixtures.

I was called early December and was told that the order would ship December 19. Acceptable shipping delay. December 19 came and went, no notification of shipping.

Called customer service on December 21st and was told that the order would ship early January.
So we shall see…

Customers should be notified concerning shipments and delays in my way of thinking.
I understand delays due to machinery breakage, personnel issues and any number of other issues but to not inform customers in not good.

Maybe instead of making videos about grinding disks, those people should be helping with taking care of paying customers.

I had a similar order only I ordered it the first week of November it got delivered one week before Christmas. I was told I would be contacted by the delivery company to schedule a delivery time and day but was never contacted luckily my wife was home to accept the order when it showed up.

Thanks for that information. Good to know that there could be no contact by the LTL carrier. Pretty messed up. I was also told the LTL would contact me the day before delivery.
