Missing Product Dimensions

@Fireball_Jason while trying to decide which direction I want to go for table top for the work bench I’m rebuilding, I noticed that the photos and product descriptions for the individual plates have some important product info missing.

On the 12x24 plate it’s never stated or shown what the underside rib dimensions are

With the 20x24 marauder plate its never mentioned what dimensions of the mounting bolt holes are as far as inset and spacing between them

It’s a similar situation with the 18x24 drill press plate although that one does at least tell you the 1/2-13 holes are on 2” centres.

@StranjBikes the ribs are cast so the width will vary slightly, but they are roughly 0.75” give or take .050”.

The height of the rib is also roughly the same dimensions, 0.75” but might be slightly shorter between .05 and 0.10 because the total plate thickness (top plate and rib) is machined at 1.5” but if the top is thicker, the rib would become shorter.

The critical thickness of the top plate around the 3/4” system hole where the bolt interfaces will always be 0.75” because the underside of the hole will get counter bored to control the thickness in that area where the tacking bolts sit

Hey Eli im less worried about the height of the rib, but more about edge to center of the rib. I’m guessing its 1.5” ish, and the 24x18 plate the 1/2-13 holes are about 3” from the edge of the plate to center of hole

edge to center of closest hole = 1” (typically undersized by .005” so two plates can be installed next to each other)

edge to center of rib = 2”

the edge to hole center is also 1”
hole center to hole center = 2”
threaded holes are on 2” centers, they are just offset by 1” in the X and Y coordinates from the 3/4” diameter holes

The 1/2"-13 threaded holes on the 24x18 drill press plate is 2” from the edge
