I have a part made from 5mm thick 316L stainless steel:
· U‑channel: 660 mm internal width, 330 mm leg height, 1000 mm length
· Inside bend radius at bottom corners: 50 mm
· Bottom is horizontal, legs vertical
· Bottom has a pyramid slope to a central drain hole
· Slope confined to 560 mm × 934 mm rectangle
· The 50 mm radius zones and the first/last 33 mm of the ends remain flat
How should this part be fabricated without using stamping?
