The https://www.fireballtool.com/ site is a blank white page when visiting on my phone or computer and with Chrome and Firefox. Only switching to mobile data does it work.
It’s not a connection issue, I get served a blank page for the homepage with empty skeleton HTML tags
Products does initially show a full store then goes blank.
Having the same issue, Tried on a few different desktop computer and acts different on all. Sometimes it loads and disappears. Other time wont load at all, just shows a blank page. Only mobile or tablet will load the page for me. I talked to sales rep today and they said no one else was reporting this problem and asked to email IT department to try get this resolved. Its been this way for over 2 weeks. Thought it would be resolved by now but looks like nothing changed.
I am a web software/cloud engineer and weld as a hobby. I contacted customer support and provided a bunch of technical info to them to help them fix their website issue, they basically told me to reboot my computer, then ghosted me. I had a sizeable cart (for a hobbyist) ready to check out when the site broke. I’m going to give them a call today and reference this thread, alas it does not appear even if I had a 100k cart ready to check out, they just didn’t care about taking my money. What’s worse I’m only 3 hours away in state from them, trying to support local. I didn’t expect front line welding support to be able to fix website stuff, but they should have escalated appropriately. The response I got was no one else is complaining so it’s my fault. I tried to find an alternate way to escalate but have been unsuccessful so far.
For those who are experiencing the issue, just know it’s not you it’s them, it’s either the site server/app stack or their CDN (Cloudfare) I ran several tests and found the issue Is IP specific. Meaning their site or Cloudfare is serving different code based on IP address. That’s why switching to mobile worked. I even tested on my home internet using a VPN, once my source address changed I was able to load the working version which ruled out my ISP, or anything in my home network. I got an IP from Chicago and it still failed but any IP out of US worked, I’ll test more domestics today. But this is definitely something broken on their end.
Tagging @Fireball_Jason I do hope you read this and are interested in my business enough to try to fix this for the people being affected. I am willing to help whoever runs you technical stuff to get this fixed as I truly want to support you company and your mission.
Just want to add that this is still an issue for me. I’ve tried on my home computer and my phone. Multiple browsers. Sometimes I get a flash of a home page but then it’s just white. I’m trying to buy some clamps and other welding tools. Trying to access the site from Idaho.
This is the same problem everyone in this thread is having, at some point I guess they either cant figure it out or dont want want our business? It may be regional as Im in WA?

I just checked today and what ever the issue is, it finally resolved. You should all be able to hit the site now as expected. I would say happy shopping, but I understand it will be hard when they didnt do anything about it for the last several months. YMMV Happy ThanksGiving
