so I just found this on the web site? Not sure how I missed them to date. but they appear to be the answer on leveling my 5/8 x 8 x 4 top. Jason do you have any pics of these in use or installing them? How many would you recommend for that six of a table? seems like the bolt would need to be a beveled low profile type? by the time I counter sync for that Alan head in the Pic seems like I might run out of table thickness ? I know your " things not to do" post says no to use a bowed plate, but I noticed after the fact i have a slight bow i’ll need to pull straight.
These were designed years ago for a fixture table that had separated individual plates. The plate prototype was 1/2 thick and used a bugle head bolt instead of the socket head in the photo.
Here’s a super long video of the table.

I see two different options for leveling fasteners, the singles ,& the sets, wich do you recommend nd What spacing do you recommend plan to buy them while the sale is going
With more fasteners it’s going to be easier to achieve your flatness goals. My hunch says. 1 every 12-16 inches.
That wss pretty dang slick with the wire!
