Table Press

Fireball Team, have you considered making a Table Press, something similar, (but better than  what they have for The Siegmund System 28? Looks like a very handy accessory that would be great for the 3/4" tables.

I second that as I could have used that this past week.

Well Fella’s turns out there is already something on the market that works seamlessly with this system it is called a monkey on stick and i use it often with this table. I have a hydraulic version though I have made though it is unnecessary for the most part.

Keysco monkey on a stick part number 77043

As a little tip into the hydraulic version look up a 5ton hydraulic gear puller from harbor frieght it doesnt take much creativity to figure out how to make what you all are going for from seigmund though truthfully I prefer the friction jack as you can literally feel what you are doing more than through the hydraulics

Yes maybe keep it simple like a port a power attachment or something.

I think the advantage to what was originally posted is that it can fit into smaller areas. With a 55" long tool, I can think of a lot of cases, including my most recent one, where that wouldn’t work. Now maybe you can use a different rod but even the main body of the mechanism seems like it would get in the way a lot.

The 5 ton jack gear puller may not always be able to be positioned correctly but could be modified, like you said.

Do you know what kind of horizontal force the 3/4" pins & holes on the tables / fixtures can take? In thinking about the different things that could be made to do this, I imagine one would need to not over spec the force for what they can take.

Good question, eager to hear as well. the one I was referencing was in a 28mm system. Regardless, it would be best to distribute the load across multiple holes to be safe.
