Using fixture table to make a bender

Its not quite done yet, I still need to figure out how I’m going to turn it and what is the best way to release the tube. Any ideas? I plan to bend 1.25"OD aluminum and was going to just put a long arm to turn it, if it was high volume I would rig up a ram.

The original backup block is in the background, it sucks so I made a better one.

This is pretty interesting. I really like how it saves space and how accurate it is.
But I’m not sure how well these features will hold up after repeated use.
I see that tube-beaning companies like Rogue Fabrication and JD2 offer replacement parts, including pins and other components. My point is that this setup might damage your welding table over time, and I don’t know how you’d fix it, but I could be mistaken.
