Hi Karl,

It should be R+L Carriers who are delivering your order although I can see how hearing that name on the phone could sound like Oriental. I am glad to hear they were able to work out a delayed delivery time. I suppose this is a case where I maybe shouldn’t have pushed my team as hard as I did to get this order out as fast as they did seeing as you can’t accept it until the 8th :sweat: Glad it is going to all work out though.

Sorry about that. I was surprised that they wanted to deliver on 2 January. No can do - need to make space in my cramped garage!

Can I get a update on my order, its FB86915. Shows the tracking label has been printed but still shows waiting to ship.

I’d like an update on my order too.

  • ordered $ early December
  • called and was told I’d be getting the shipment in mid December and the ltl people would call
  • No call, no shipment
  • Still waiting on an update

Received my DragonWagon, fixtures and squares
today. Nicely packaged. Some damage to one of the leg boxes but no damage to contents. Very impressive packaging.

I am very pleased with the finish of all the pieces, small and large. Not tried the fit yet but I expect it will be superb. All the pieces scream quality. I am so looking forward to using this awesome table and fixtures.

The LTL carrier, R&L, were very professional. Right on time, with lift gate and an electric pallet jack. Made easy work of moving 900 pounds up my steep driveway.
