Fireball VS Competitor Pricing On Tables and Tooling

I have put together a spreadsheet on pricing on our tables and tooling vs Siegmund to give you guys some information. For tables I listed the 3 most common sizes and for fixtures I gave a generic list of what I think would be the bare minimum for tooling to do the same job on both systems. Also keep in mind this is Siegmund’s “SALE” pricing from their website that is on sale year around. Another thing to keep in mind we manufacture our tables in Taiwan and our tools are made in the USA, Siegmund makes there tables in Germany and their tools are made in China. The big take away here to me is looking at actual price per square inch on the tables and how mutch more expensive tooling is over time, because like I said this would be bare minimum of what I would have to build on these tables.

This is shocking!

What is the reason for the big jump in cost per sqin for the Fireball 4x8 over the other sizes?

The heavy duty tables have thicker tops and taller sides.

For the two smaller tables I used the pricing for our standard duty tables that are 1/2" at it thinnest point. The 102x54 we only offer in the Heavy Duty (HD) table size that is 1" at it thinnest point.
