Good afternoon Fellas,

I just wanted to inform all of you that I am looking into the issues you all brought up and I am working with my team to resolve them!

@mRhAnKbOt I see that you spent about $60 on replacement hardware for your DW. I’ll be refunding that to you today. I apologize that you had to go out of your way to do that. Our DW table tops should all have 1.5mm pitch since that is what the design drawing called for on this run. In the future we are changing the pitch to 1.75mm but we should not have any in our warehouse that isn’t compatible with the hardware we provide. I am having our QC guy re-check all the threads as I am typing this. Our Warehouse team is also working on shipping you replacement FA75-CNF008.

We plan on doing the same for you @eti please let me know what else I can do to make up for this.

@JFunk please keep me posted on if your 8" clamps also don’t fit as they should!

To be fair, some of that money went for bolts to connect the two tables, which was never on you guys to provide anyway. It’s more like $30 in bolts for the legs.

Someone must have jumped the gun and switched the threads to 1.75mm pitch on this run ahead of schedule or something. Something good to know for guys who need to mix lengths due to availability, 35mm long screws also work just fine without bottoming out.

I wanted to check in to say my replacement clamps showed up today along with a Fireball Tool t-shirt. These new clamps fit the table perfectly.

We’re adding people to the CS department so we can respond to everyone faster, had one part time start last week and one more next week.

I can confirm you guys are really stepping it up in CS. I have nothing but positive things to say about my interactions and the changes you guys have been implementing over the last month or so.

I’m over here in Nebraska rooting for you guys to succeed in a big way.

I have to give a top notch rating for the CS dept now. Had a slight issue with a delivery this week, and Angelina and Sabreena had it taken care of on the spot. Not gonna lie, there was a time a while back where you could call 37 times during the week with no answer…but now it couldn’t be better. Thanks, keep up the good work.
