I get the growing pains problem, but maybe slow down a little and regroup
*give you support guys real names and real email addresses, not initials and a email address that looks like it’s from the dark web.
*If your having issues with support and shipping, back off on the sales pitches and start helping the support people
*give people accurate information like " we are 3 days behind on shipping, but we will email you a tracking number when it ships"
Wise words, I think money blinds lots of small business owners. Most times just having someone reach out and let you know what’s going on, even if its not good news is better than nothing.
I see your post in the vise testing was removed. This is a big no no for me.
I don’t trust companies when they pick and choose what customers see.
I will continue to watch and see how things evolve around here, That will determine if I go or stay.

BTW, my tables and fixture parts are due to be delivered tomorrow which is about 2-2.5 weeks earlier than I was expecting the shipment to arrive. You guys were very speedy getting my order out!

Yes, it is all good news.
After the initial issues with contacting customer support, it has been all good since. Like had been said by others, Fireball has been dealing with a large influx of orders and going through growing pains. Good problem to have. Victor has done a great job of taking care of my order after I finally placed it. The customer service has been great since.
As far as the product, I received a Dragon wagon and a tier 1 accessory kit yesterday. The table is beautiful! Very well built. You can tell when you put it together that the tolerances are spot on and the quality is very high. The legs bolted on very easy and they are easy to adjust. I got the adjustable casters and they are so nice! Definitely should point out that this stuff is heavy duty! Due to issues with weather and my property, I decided to pick up the product from my local shipper as opposed to delivery with a semi. It was NOT fun getting it out of my truck! That was my problem though. Fireball had excellent packaging. Everything was received in perfect condition. I’m very happy I decided to pull the trigger with Fireball

How do the pins on your bar style quick clamps fit the table holes? The pins on my bullseye swivel pliers fit perfect, and the ones on the my bar clamps are crazy tight to the point where they won’t slide fully into the holes. I’m going to have to hit them with some scotchbrite and see if I can get them to fit the holes.

Interesting. I haven’t gotten a chance to drop them all in yet. The few that I did try seemed to fit no problem. I’ll check it out tomorrow.
