Just bought the Maximus and Minis. Has anybody made an adaptor for the swivel pad to provide a wider surface area and stop it swivelling or to hook on to an outside corner? I’ve been using a trusty 6ft sash clamp to squeeze the long side together when squaring a frame (works super, but a 6ft sash clamp is dam heavy!!). The large pads work great at doing this, would love to see or make something for the Maximus to do this. Any thoughts?
We have a foot in production that will do this. In the meantime. A simple piece of pipe that slips over the spindle with any hook or angle iron welded on the end can be used. The original foot is removed for this to work properly.
