Mounting Table Kit 4.5' x 2.5' onto Scissor lift table

I have this 1500lb hydraulic scissor lift table that I would like to turn into a portable height adjust fixture table. The top surface is 4’ x 2’ so the Fireball 4.5’ x 2.5’ should be a good fit for it.

Has anyone done anything like this? A concern I have is if it will retain flatness across the height adjustment range.

For mounting, I was thinking of tac welding the frame onto the table surface with some spacer blocks btu am open to other ideas.

I’d just get the 54x30 pro kit top and frame. You’re basically just using the scissor lift to replace the legs. This is very easy. You’ll

Want to leave a small gap under the frame to blow out dirt, and parts that will fall down the holes.

Looks like an awesome project you’ve got going! Keep us in the loop!

Flatness yes, level no. also I would make short legs to allow you to clean out under it.

Fair point about it likely not being level. Given the portable nature of it, I think I can live with that.

Gonna wait to see if there’s a black friday sale before I purchase since I’m not in a rush at the moment.

I do need to brainstorm a bit more on making a way to attach it to the table in a semi-removable fashion where it’s raised like ya’ll mentioned so I can clean/get underneath it. All-thread would be a more elegant solution than welding square tube to the top surface I think that would allow for even more adjustability and leveling capability.
