The new Fireball Double Riser and Tooth Block Fixture is designed to bring more flexibility and repeatability to everyday fabrication setups. Built as a modular two-piece system, it consists of a bottom tooth block chassis and a separate riser that lock together to form a true 90-degree fixture. This design allows you to adapt quickly to different heights and configurations without changing your workflow.
Where the Fireball double row fixture really shines is in real-world use. It allows you to support material on one side while using the other side for fences, stops, or offsets. With the help of magnetic shims, precise measurements can be dialed in and repeated consistently, making it easy to hit exact dimensions while staying square in all directions.
The hole pattern along the side of the riser adds even more versatility. Three-axis square pins can be used to create fences.
Additional risers can be mounted to form shelves or offset planes, and setups can be built from either the front or the back of the fixture.
The riser also accepts Fireball tabs, letting you clamp parts perpendicular just like a Fireball square, with shims used for fine adjustments or fully magnetic setups for speed.
Overall, the double-wide riser system expands what’s possible compared to a single-width fixture. It’s a powerful option for complex assemblies, repeatable offsets, and faster, more reliable setups in the shop.
