Is there a difference in tables, when renting long term instead of short term?
We were expecting the table you show in your rental program video on your website, but instead we got the table top on a damaged flimsy skid, and all of the fixtures and legs were in boxes on a pallet.
Were planning on taking pictures of everything so we can ship it back same as or better when the rental time is up.
Could you please explain, if there is a difference of tables, depending on which program .

On your question, our long-term and short-term rental programs are set up differently, and the table that ships depends on which program the order was placed under. Your order was placed under the long-term program, which is why it arrived the way it did. It may be worth checking with your team on which program they signed up for, since that can be easy to miss when more than one person is involved.
