I think creating an Amazon Store front would get you more industrial business. Speaking from experience ordering tools through the company’s account can be difficult for small businesses like Fireball Tool if you’re not established within the accounting department for that industrial business.
I work in a steel mill in maintenance and we talk about your tables and clamps and vises all the time and we definitely have the money to buy them but it’s more difficult to go through a middle man like Motion Industries to order the tool from Fireball then pay a mark up price for the middle man.
And if you have an Amazon store the big wigs don’t even notice when we buy from Amazon lol
And, through Amazon, you could also leverage the international shipping option.
However, Amazon takes a significant profit cut, and its police does not allow for price differences between the FB Amazon store and the FB online store.
