Does the Fireball Tool Combo Square copy another design?

We’ve had a lot of people comment that the Fireball Combo Square is a direct copy of other combo squares on the market without iterating the tool, but it now has grub screws designed into it to re-calibrate the ruler blade with wear & tear over time. It is larger in size (5"x5" so it can be used as a setup block without the blade) and also has threaded holes in the body for tabs and accessories like the other Fireball squares. Are these enough changes to consider it evolved beyond just a copy?

Haters are going to hate. Built in re-calibration is really nice.

Other manufacturers might purposely leave this feature out knowing you will have to buy another new unit when calibration deteriorates, ensure more money in there pockets
