My own take on the fireball wagon

What hole size?

22mm 5 cm c-c

Can I ask why you picked 22mm?

Well… Truth is that I had some tacking bolts laying around and they where 22mm so I bought some annular cutters for the magdrill and drilled away.
The table top is 10 mm thick so did get kind of overboard with 22mm, it might been better (I think) with 16mm hols size.

Here it is all put together :blush:

After the 560 holes :rofl:NOPE … I had some hope that santa had a waterjet in his bag But sadly no. Haha

I just hope that my 8 bolt system on the legs will hold and don’t brake of. don’t no if more bolts are better than traditional 4 bolt system.

(left leg not welded a visual idea)

How flat is it?

Don’t no yet. Will try your method with the green-laser tommorow.

The green laser is good for getting the table close to level, but its going to be hard to show how flat the surface is with it. Do have a straight edge or long level to measure how straight it is corner to corner?

Wow, that looks fantastic. How long did it take you to drill all 560 holes?

1 row with 20 holes took 1 h givortake
3 straight days :rofl::hear_no_evil: mental. Thank you

Mental…:rofl::joy::rofl:

That is an unusual looking shop. Is that a steel floor? I have never seen a brick/block wall like that either.
