Niche 'clamping' option from another industry that sucks

Niche, yes. Spenciver as frig, yes. But i think an interesting approach if nothing else.

Suction fixture to hold sheet in place. Meant for building glass boxes (with UV adhesives).

But gives nice full access to the outside corner.
Obviously, couldn’t put a lot of heat into parts. So useful only for tacking?
And this kind of ‘attractive clamping’ probably wont counter large forces like cooling movement.

Further limits like minimum part size for meeting the seal size.

But there are also cases where a suction may not evenbe necessary. Like holding tiny (tab) parts up on a vertical surface just long enough to get a tack on it.
I like that it’s quick (in a way) - especially removal, pressing vacuum release buttons beats screwing around. And the ‘deep reach’ aspect of being able to put it places that a mechanical (screw) clamp might not be able to go.
Just want to share another possibility.
Ifn’ yawana lookitup, this particular make and model is the Verifix, pump-activated angle suction holder, by Bohle.
